Where do you ship from?
Pennsylvania, USA
Orders containing only stickers or sticker sheets are sent via letter mail. Orders with prints or charms are sent via USPS First Class with tracking.
I ship out in 1-2 business days.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These will be your responsiblity to pay in order to receive your package. Please check with your country's customs office for more information on what these additional costs will be prior to buying. I will not undervalue merchandise or mark items as "gifts" as this is against US and International government regulations.
European Union Buyers: As of July 2021, I am now able to ship to the EU. However, you will be responsible for VAT charges on all shipments you receive. VAT is not included in the item price or shipping. Please be aware that you will need to pay these charges to receive your package and that I cannot control this.
Shipping Restrictions:
USPS has suspended shipping for some countries. Please see the USPS International Service Alerts for the full list of suspended countries. I can still ship if your country allows first class mail.
United Kingdom/Germany Buyers: Unfortunately I am unable to ship to the United Kingdom and Germany due to the convoluted VAT requirements and VerpackG requirements. Shipping has been set at $999 in order to discourage purchases from UK and Germany buyers. I sincerely apologize for this.
Please allow extra time for packages to arrive outside the estimated timeframes! The post office is swamped as it is and I have no control over shipping delays.
Other Shop information
Why do some Pokemon Stickers have a ✨?
Pokemon Stickers labeled with ✨ have a chance of including a second sticker with the Pokemon's "shiny" variation! This is in addition to the regular sticker you purchased. I wanted to try adding a fun bonus sticker to some of my offerings :)
Pokemon Stickers without the ✨ are not a part of this gimmick.
Please note that "shiny" is referring to the Pokemon's alternate color pallet; these stickers are not holofoil. Since it is random whether or not I include the shiny (determined by a coin flip), please do not request additional stickers in the notes.
Do you include a receipt?
To save paper, I do not. But bigcartel sends you an email with your order!
What if I'm purchasing a gift?
If you'd like to ship it directly to the recipient, just enter their name and address as the shipping address. I can even include a small "enjoy your gift" message if you'd like! Just let me know that it's a gift in the notes! :)
What about my deadname?
You don't have to use the name on your card or account when checking out. So you can put whatever name you want! You can even just put your online handle if you prefer. As long as the address is correct, the post office doesn't usually care about the name. Even if I do see your deadname... no I didn't :)
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final - there are no returns or exchanges after checkout.
I'm missing an item from my order, or my order was returned to your PO box! What do I do?
Please contact me so I can get you your missing items! I don't check my PO box that often so if something got returned to me, I don't always see it.
My package was stolen/lost/damaged!
Unfortunately that is outside my control :( Please contact USPS regarding these situations.
What packaging do you use?
In an effort to be as eco friendly as possible, I chose rigid white backing board and paper sandwich bags. For tracked packages, I use a rigid cardboard mailer.
